This suggestion was sent in by Kaz and I have to admit she would make a stunning Maryse Lightwood.  Jennifer Connelly is no stranger to the silver screen. Acting steadily in films since 1982 she can definately deliver a stellar performance as Maryse.

I tried to find shots of her in some type of gear that would look shadowhuntery…is that a word?  Anyway, she is so gorgeous alls I could find was beauty shots,  but you all know she is athletic and could totally kick some butt if need be!

I think it only fitting that the women who produced Hot Alec and breathtakingly beautiful Izzy should hold her own..don’t you?

Incidentally she is married to Paul Bettany, one of our Valentine Cast Requests. Might as well keep it in the family!
