At last,  our long awaited and anticipated first look at Godfrey Gao as Magnus Bane. Very hot and very sexy, if I do say so myself..looks to me like they are saving Valentine for Valentine’s Day or perhaps our heroine Clary.

  OMG! I’m really happy so far with the way they have cast Magnus. From reading the books he’s almost what I imagined!! I saw him a little bit rounder in the face and more camp looking but what the hell, Godfrey looks just perfect! Magnus is my favourite character of the whole series so I’m looking forward to seeing how he shows up on screen

  he does look good but i’m still a little skeptical. i wished for adam lambert to be magnus because he had the perfect face and personality to be him, so i want to see how he acts as magnus before i can approve >.>

  I’m so happy now! FINALLY WE SEE MAGNUS
  He looks hot. Really hot. I like it very much.
  I hope he’ll be in the new trailer too.

  Yay!!! He looks awesome! Better than I could have imagined to tell you the truth. I didn’t have a fully fleshed out image of Magnus when I read the books, so it’s awesome to see him brought to life by Godfrey. I mean he is just so gorgeous! My goodness! Can’t wait, can’t wait, can’t wait!!! I still think it’s Valentine tomorrow and Clary will probably be the last one we get to cap things off.

  YES!!!!! FINALLY!!!! Magnus we LOVE you!!!! Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Jace’s photo, but I think so many people have been waiting for this for SO LONG!!!! okay, now I am officially OVER THE TOP excited.

    yah!! me too..sorry it was up so late. I was getting my haircut and did’t get home unti after 10pm and didn’t get to post until almost 10:30…not sure where everyone else was who posts?? better late than never What do you think of the eyes?? They look good to me but I am curious what you think..

      I think everyone was late on this one, I was waiting for the TMI Cassie Facebook page to be updated, but I just didn’t see anything. I was getting worried that they weren’t gonna give us one today. As for his eyes, they look good here, but the photo has extreme effects, so I cannot make full judgment yet. Still need to see the fill movie
