Robert Maillet is playing Blackwell. Now to be totally honest, it has been so long since I read and re-read City of Bones that when I heard the grumblings that he was cast as Blackwell I was like??? Who the heck is Blackwell??
I have no idea why we are getting news about these itsy bitsy parts and no news about our beloved Alec, Simon or Magnus?? Even Luke, Hodge, Jocelyn and Valentine are still outstanding, but I guess some news is better than no news at all! And let’s face it, we need villians too and this guy looks ultra creepy!!
Many of you may recognize him from Sherlock Holmes, Immortals, and t.v. Once Upon A Time. He also was a wrestler before he was an actor which would make sense seeing as he looks like he could totally crush someone!! His IMDB page is nothing to sneeze at.. so I say good job casting directors and keep them coming!!

LOL Jersey you are funny! I remembered who they were. Yeah the guy playing blackwell always plays a big cute dummy. lol. And the second guy I have seen in loads of films, and tv shows. He’s been doing a lot of action films lately. As much as they’re little parts I am still very glad to hear SOME news. lol. I am extremely excited for the rest of the adults to be casted. I am incredibly curious as to who Alec is, but I am more excited for the roles of Luke, Jocelyn, and Hodge. I think it’s because they’re more likely to hire more veterans for them. So I am just extremely excited for who they may pick. I’ve always had trouble picturing Jocelyn perfect in my head, so as long as the actress is a good one, and looks great red-headed I am fine. lol. I think it’s because I hate her guts. I always picture Malificent because she’s such a B**** LOL but Luke and Hodge I am REALLY excited for!!!
P.S. I KNOW this is off topic, but since I love my TMI Fandom family so much I decided to share a video I made. It’s dedicated to Zac Efron’s dance scenes. I think he is such a great dancer, and it’s ALMOST like having the old school guys back again. You know? Fred Astaire, Dick Van Dyke, or Frank Sinatra. Zac’s long skinny dance legs always make me think of Dick Van Dyke back in his Mary Poppins days.
*sigh* I miss old school musical entertainment.

It was a waayyyy cute movie. Better than I had expected. As a matter of fact Michelle Pheiffer and Zac Efron’s scenes were the best. And it’s not because I love him so much, it really was because they were so great together. Their chemistry, and everything was so perfect. And I think the filmmakers knew that, that’s why the end credits are mostly of them too. lol. I can SOOO imagine him to be really cool to hang out with. It is my determination to at least be his best friend one day, that is if I can’t have other parts of him. hehehehe XP
