Would you rather have had an arrogant ego driven and not at all a good actor Alex Pettyfer who no one will get along with (just ask actors on Magic Mike)to totally ruin movie before it begins or people who will get along and make the best movie they can.
I’m always fascinated in seeing what complaints pop up…I feel like I’m way opposite from everyone. I personally adore Jamie for Jace, he’s cute and I’m all for it. I appreciate him taking the role and working for us. And I can’t get enough of these pictures of Jamie and Lilly together, they’re fantastic. I’m glad they’re working out the chemistry.
As for his relationships, I couldn’t care less. That’s his personal life, not mine, not his career, not his acting skills, not his talent…just his personal life. Which the paparazzi makes not so personal. I doubt they’re dating but if that’s the direction he wants to go in, so be it. I’m still going to be there for the midnight release of this movie. Just calm down and wait for the actual movie…or some preview on the set pictures, at least. Or a trailer. Or something. Not just ‘Jamie Campbell Bower going shopping so he should obviously be oozing Jace’ pictures.
The way they look won’t be the reason this movie turns out bad. The way it’s directed and produced will be the main factor.

Who ever posted these earlier, it was sweet of you to post the best pictures because all the other ones are not helping the cause. The way he carries himself is in no way Jace like(and i dont want to hear but he is not charater, boy is not that good of an actor). I’m not trying to bash the dude but come on can the cast directors from this film not see the wrongness of it all. Someone needs to grow some !&^%#@* and say something. I would have held out some more hope if i would have seen some changes in this fella but i see no real difference in him than i did when he was first cast. That’s the problem with choosing someone who requires so much change for the part. We are like 2 weeks from august for crying out loud.

Andy, darling, actors playing the PR game just brings the media into their lives. Look at Robsten. They tried for years to HIDE from the media. And now they’re a media circus.
Lily and Jamie purposely called the paps and now that welcomes the media into their lives. All anyone can talk about is how awkward the last Twilight movie is going to be.
This is EXACTLY why I hate everything about what Jamie and Lily have done.

It’s not that you don’t have a right to have values, but let me make a point to you. Do you realize that Publicity exists for the exact reason you are doing right now? The fact that a whole other publicity stunt brought you back here to complain all over again about publicity stunts is practically the definition of publicity. Just the fact that you use the Publicity name “Robsten” is proof that people like you are the reason why publicity stunts exists. The fact that you let it bother you THIS much is what feeds into it. That’s all everyone is trying to tell you. It’s not that we don’t want you to have values. It IS wrong to use publicity for public gain, yes that is true. But the fact that you are letting it effect you this much when they’re two strangers hundreds or thousands of miles away from you in their own world is absurd. Not to mention that publicity in the world of Hollywood is part of what makes it work as a business. Without it some of the best films that have touched your heart growing up in this world would not exist. It is wrong on many levels, but it’s just the way it is. My girlfriend and I have been seeing each other for almost a year and we have yet to invent a lame ass nickname for ourselves like “Robsten” That’s something the Public creates. Notice how the world “Publicity” starts with the word “PUBLIC”? Publicity exists because of the Public, the Public consists of you, me, all of us. So the fact that you are freaking out this much on a public internet blog only makes you a hypocrite. You want to prove a point? Then don’t let it upset you this much, don’t go on a million sites preaching it, because all you are doing is making it stronger. This will be the last time someone will explain it to you, I will not try again, and I hope no one else will either. The last thing I will say to you is… if you don’t believe me, take a couple of classes in Film Production, and Public Press, and Journalism you will learn basically everything I just told you….
Basically what I am saying is…
If more people would shrug off these kinds of stories and pay attention to their own lives than people that they don’t even know personally, less publicity stunts happen. Be apart of the crowd that doesn’t acknowledge it, and maybe… just maybe it would happen less. However, I doubt it, publicity is just another form of NEWS. It will always exists. Whether the news is pathetic as who is dating who, or something more serious like what happened in Aurora Colorado, or even what happened to poor Jennifer Hudson… people are still curious enough to talk about it amongst themselves. So I guess I am telling you to stop letting it get to you so much and move on…
It bothers me because I was a fan of these books. I WANTED to like these movies, but I hate the actors they chose for Clary and Jace. I wanted them to be above the PR crap.
Look at Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson. Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson. They are ideals to look at for handling franchises. Jamie and Lily playing the PR game is ridiculous. It looks badly on the movie.
The Twilight fandom is imploding on itself and has become a mockery in the media. It’s the opposite of what I wanted for TMI. But when they cast Jamie and Lily, it’s what we got stuck with.

According to E the relationship was over MONTHS AGO. So even though to us it seems like a few weeks it was a while back. But naturally we are not going to know right away. Truthfully whether thay are together or not is none of our business. They are actors, they have lives outside of the movies and they are entitled to do whatever they want. Jamie is an actor he is not running for political office so I don’t know why people feel the need to judge him so harshly. Lily was supposedly dating Zac Efron not too long ago. I don’t see people crucifying her on the cross because she may or may not be into Jamie now. Way back in the day, most likely before you were born there was a movie called “Blue Lagoon” it starred Christopher Atkins and Brooke Shields. Chris Atkins told the story of how long before filming he and Brooke were thrown together and the directors and producers told him, “spend as much time with her as you can, to the film goers you have to believe you are completely in love with her for this to work on screen.” Now Chris didn’t actually fall in love with her but they did become really good friends. Perhaps Jamie and Lily are so happy to finally be getting this project off the gorund they are getting to know eachother. Not to mention it has already been confirmed that they are screen testing with the final characters for chemistry so that is why they headed to Toronto early and if they are the only ones that know eachother why wouldn’t they hang out? I mean, wouldn’t you hand out with the one person you knew regardless as to whether you just broke up with someone or not. And for the record when I said bummer for you I didn’t mean bummer you don’t like Jamie I meant bummer that you are letting the casting choice of one of your favorite characters dictate how you will feel when the film comes out. Okay… if it IS a publicity stunt, yeah I must agree… that’s disgusting. But why is it that ALL co-stars who date each other assume to be publicity stunts. Zac and Vanessa were together over 7 years… I think it might have been longer than that, but I aint counting nor do I even know exactly when they got together I just know they started dating while filming HSM. Brad and Angelina started when on the set of Mr. And Mrs. Smith, now they have kids together. I personally don’t like them, but still… Aria went on to list really young people who have dated then broke up after film release… Ummm not very many of us people in our 20′s stay with one person. Not that it never happens, but coming from someone who is only 23 years old most of my girlfriends have had at least 3 different boyfriends in two years…. it’s quite common. But because they’re celebrities it isn’t common? They’re not allowed to date someone without having a scandal reason behind it? We DO NOT know what is really going on behind the works, they may just be one of those irritating best friends who walk around and hold hands. Maybe he really is gay like I sometimes suspect, a lot of homosexual men hold hands with their “best” girl-friends. Maybe they are dating, and if they are for some odd reason I am guessing that they may have liked each other since they met, and have been secretly hanging out and getting to know one another. And if he did cheat on Bonnie yeah, that’s messed up, but he is only human. I know some great people who have made mistakes and have all the right in the world to be forgiven as long as they’ve earn it and understand their mistakes. You can’t judge someone that you don’t even know. Yes I agree that if they HAVE been secretly seeing each other that NOW was NOT the best time to come out about it!!!! I think it’s disgusting because Jamie and Bonnie were together at least in May of this year. There’s photos of them together in May. That’s not very long ago. And according to reports, Jamie said he was “heartbroken” over ending their engagement a week ago.
Now he’s holding hands with Lily Collins for paparazzi. I’m sorry but either he cheated on Bonnie or he’s fake dating with Lily because there’s NO WAY he and Lily got together within a week of him saying he was “heartbroken”. Either way, it makes Jamie look bad.
As for Lily… she’s known for dating every actor she co-stars with. It’s why I think her and Jamie are dating for promo. I am like 99.9% sure they’re not a couple for this reason alone: because she dates a lot of co-stars. I thought the Taylor Lautner relationship was fake too as I think he’s gay.

I agree with Scrottie, look at I Am Number Four with Dianna and Alex, I know I hate to bring up Alex but it’s the first example that comes to mind, so bear with me. When Dianna and Alex were cast the director asked them to get together, not date or anything just hang, so they could their chemistry right. I have a feeling that Jamie and Lily are trying to get used to each other so they can have chemistry on screen. So the hand holding we have seen could honestly mean nothing.

Just trying to make a point for people who have a serious case of Personality Disorder. People who ONLY see negative and never positive. They preach about being negative, but then when they read a comment that says “Oh he looks great, he’s still not the Jace I pictured, but he looks great” All they see is “He’s still not the Jace I pictured” they don’t SEE the rest of the comment. and as much as I like watching people squirm and cry because they made themselves look incredibly stupid, it gets incredibly exhausting to have to do it all the time, so from now on I am making it CLEAR before hand.
