So is seems we have a rumored Alec contender in our midst. Let’s not jump the gun but I think we can all remember back to the rumored Jace contenders not too long ago and one of the three was picked! So let’s see what happens on this one.
I’ll be honest folks, there was not a lot of info out there on this guy. IMDB did not hold much info and google images was a ghost town. I did however find him singing this tune on YouTube. He has a beautiful voice I will give him that. And I think from what I can see on this footage he’s very cute!
So lets hold our breath and see how this turns out……(face turning purple…)

I like Nick Hoult cuz he’s HOT and got the piercing blue eyes but there are a handful of guys I thought would make a good Alec… we’ll see

It won’t be him. Remember when Cassandra gave us hints? She said the guy they chose is british. Gabriel is an American.
If he does not end up as Alec I will be SOOOOO disappointed. I’m already iffy on their choice for Jace. It would just break my heart if Gabriel doesn’t get this part. T.T This guy is gorgeous and a beautiful singer to top it all off<3

I think this guy would make a good Alec, from what I have seen. his released (official, which can be brought on itunes) song called “After You” is extremely addictive. Gabriel is good-looking, and someone I could actually SEE as Alec. A few other suggestions were ridiculous [to me]. All I could really see was Gaspard Ulliel and Nicholas Hoult. But, I think this guy, an actual American (finally, not that I have anything against someone from other countries, I don’t)is a good fit. He’s beautiful, angelic voice, and looking to be an actor, as well. This is a good start for him…People say he should tone down his tweets, especially after the latest one, but I love that he is actually giving us information. I understand that people don’t like that, but he has to make himself known somehow. So, if Screen Gems cast another character that I don’t like the portrayal of, then I think I will be severely upset with them. Don’t miscast my favorite character. Cast Gabriel Hugoboom! …Plus, how cute would it be if he could serenade Magnus

In other news “Mirror Mirror” just released the trailer….I’m not feeling it like at all..I don’t if its just because I don’t like Julia Roberts…But it looks terrible to be honest.

Someone may have leaked it out to the internet, and the studio/Production Company caught it before it got out of hand. It happens a lot more than people realize. Notice how some actors aren’t allowed to give too much away when too early in production? Yeah, they probably didn’t give permission to set out the trailer yet and that’s why it was removed…. I may be wrong. But to be honest that’s the only reasonable explanation I can think of. Taking it down for really bad reviews doesn’t make sense or else they’d do that with A LOT more trailers.
Well it was premiered on the Ellen show this morning so they must have given permission. However it was still viewable on TMI Source of all places so I watched it. I chuckeled quite a few times. Definately a comedy which I didn’t realize. So Kristen’s version is dark and Lilly’s is light. I think both have a shot at doing really well seeing as they are not at all alike. Julia Roberts has some great lines..but you know what was really weird. The movie is based off of Snow White so you would think that Lilly would be the lead, but the trailer basically is Julia throughout the whole thing. So I guess in the end Lilly isn’t going to get top billing. Oh well we love her anyway!!
haha, that is weird. I don’t know, this whole Snow White thing is like not on my interest scale. And don’t get me wrong I love Lilly, Julia, and Nathan Lane, but I don’t know. I think what’s bugging me is the whole fact that so many snow white movies in one years time? I’m like bored of it already lol.
