Next up on the final Jace marathon? Benjamin Stone. He’s cute, young and would be a breakout actor for the role. He’s known for ’10 Things I Hate About You’ TV Series. please excuse my lack of knowledge but have the roles of Jace and Clary been confirmed! because i just wanted to say that this is our Jace right here! never seen the guy before but his eyes and his hair! my Gawd by the Angel he does resemble a version of Jace i had in mind! and he is so gorgeous! just picture the runes on his body! aaarghhh x

now he is way closer to jace! i can see him playing jace. he is attractive and i can see some of jace in him.
Something about his face just doesn’t fit the part xD I do think he would’ve gotten the part in my eyes if his face seemed more like a Jace to me

Gosh, would I have loved (and still do) to see Ben Stone as Jace. What is not to love about him? From what I have seen him act in, he showed real depth and emotion in the character in which he played. He is witty and funny, sarcastic and sweet. Not to metion, did anyone SEE him? No really. Look at the photos he modeled for Troix magazine. Drool…I still am. Plus side, yet another, he is British and talks with that swoonworthy, adorable Brit accent that everyone loves. If you don’t like him, you’re crazy and lack in taste. Or you just haven’t seen enough of him. That’s depressing. Ben has depth, and he would really bring Jace to life and do the character justice.
Since the Jace gig fell through, hopefully he will be picked up for something else. There is much fan-talk for him to play Finnick Odair from The Hunger Games. *fingers crossed*

Oh my! Ben Stone is the absolute perfect contender. Why was he not cast? He is incredibly hot, way more hot than Jamie Campbell Bower. And his British accent is so cute
This guy needs to be Jace, that is a sure thing. Re-Cast if needed, which it needs it. I’m nit dissing on Jamie, but I would rather this part go to a hot actor that actually fits Jace’s description than a feminine man who-no matter how hard he tries-will never be the for sure Jace. Have you seen him on Nine Lives Of Chloe King? His character acts SOOO MUCH LIKE JACE!!! I am not understanding how he got passed up. I finally was able to see an episode of Nine Lives the other night and I was like WHOA!!!, and I think it’s even funnier that his name is Alec on that show, I’m sorry. I must agree with you. I’m not dissing on Jamie either, but I didn’t picture a puny guy as Jace, and neither is he described that way. No guy can be as cocky, as arrogant, and as confident in his looks, and look like JCB. If they do, then they are considered a loser… you know… like that guy in ‘Grandma’s Boy’ who dressed like Neo from The Matrix and always talked like a robot? Yea, he thought he was hot and badass, and behind his back everyone made fun of him. lol. No one makes fun of Jace’s arrogant behavior. And I swear This is no offense to JCB, but I pictured a guy who lived up to his word of “I am stunningly attractive.” I’m hoping hair and make up changes Jamie’s look completely. If not, well…. I am sticking to the book, and my image.

Madison, it is on ABC family tonight at 9pm which is after Pretty Little Liars another exellent show!! BTW Austin Butler can now be seen on Switched ( Abc Family Mondays nights at 9pm), he would have been a good Jace too..he’s the guy in the picture at the top of this website

YES YES YES!!! I was so for alex pettyfer being Jace but he’s too old now and after that interview I am totally turned off by him. I don’t want someone who acts like that to represent the best franchise ever! This guy would be great. He has the body *swoon* and he has an interesting non-conventional beauty which Jace is suppose to have. And he’s also an unknown, which is great! I think he would do a great job!! *crossing fingers*

Contacts can fix the eyes… but Alex P he has the right look… just not the right attitude for the movie. He wont put the right enthusiasm into the production like he did in I Am Number Four
